TPA (Third Party Applications)

A TPA is required by Pathward - The bank must know the loader as a requirement of the BSA.

Click Add Third Party Application

If you forgot to put the Client ID in during the original submission and approval, you can go back in after and do so.

 

 

  • Search for the Client Name in Partner Pass.  

    • Log in > Left-hand side tabs > Clients > Search for Client Name (as entered in the TPA) > Select the Client Name

  • Add that clientID to the Client profile in TPA

    • Scroll to the IDs by Processors section and select "Add"

 
  • Add the Client ID in the Unique ID field. 

  • Select Role Type - Corp Funding Partner or Employer

  • Use dropdown for Processor field - eFunds Prepaid
