Reward - Loading Cards

There are three ways to load cards in the Dash Portal. These are covered in detail below. You may need to cover all 3 options in your portal training depending on how your client orders their cards

Acknowledge Receipt

If the card order was placed with a value load assigned, then the client will need to acknowledge that they have received the cards so the funds can be loaded. Follow the steps below.  

  1. Click on the View Reports tile 

  2. Adjust the Start Date and End Date to include your order date 

  3. Select your card design from the customer program dropdown 

  4. Ensure you are on the Card Orders Report 

  5. Find your order and click the Load Cards Button. 

  6. Once you have successfully acknowledged receipt you will see a green check mark beside the order.  The cards are now loading and should be complete within 15 minutes.  the client will receive a confirmation email upon completion.  

 

Load multiple cards via Bulk Load Cards tile

If you did not assign a value load at the time of order and would like to load multiple cards at once, then follow the below steps: 

 

  1. Click Bulk Load Cards Tile  

  2. Download the template 

  3. Complete the template by following the instructions on the page 

    1. The proxy will have an underscore in front of it.

    2. First & Last name is optional

    3. Comment is optional. Note that the comment will display to the cardholder via the cardholder website or app.

  4. Save template as a .CSV file with a unique name  

  5. Click Choose File to submit the template 

  6. The file will begin processing. The Client will receive a confirmation email after the load has successfully completed.  

 

Load Individual cards via Service Cards tile

If you did not assign a value load at the time of order and only want to load a few individuals cards then we recommend using the Service Cards tile.  

  1. Click Service Cards Tile 

  2. Select the Customer Program from the dropdown 

  3. Search by either Proxy number, Card Number, Cardholder Name, or Other field

  4. When the search results return, select View Account Details on the account you would like to view.  

  5. From the Cardholder Information screen, click Move Money. The system displays the Load Card popup window.  

  6. specify the amount

  7. the comment is optional. Note that the comment will display to the cardholder via the cardholder website or app.

  8. Click PROCESS TRANSACTION

The system displays the “Card Load Successful” message in the top right corner and the balance will change.

 Note: on non-reloadable programs this option will be disabled if the card has already received a value load.
