eClinPro- Onboarding Guide

eClinPro is a CTMS provider that will continuously add new clients. eClinPro orders IIC inventory via the Dash client portal, orders digital cards and loads cards via API.

Program Setup

• Mastercard CT2 LAP, Generic card design

  • IIC and personalized digital programs. Confirm card type with sales lead prior to onboarding.

  • Subprogram ID 334574

  • Package ID 18889

  • Digital Package ID 162371

• Each client will directly fund a virtual funding account set up at the sub-client level.

  • TPA is required for each client

    • Add client ID and vfa client ID under Partner Pass submission after TPA is approved.

• If digital program, configure below

  • Allow Client to Order/Load at one time

  • Send Digital Card Email

    • Digital email example can be found under Physicians Administrative Systems Research

    • Use business’s logo

    • Have eClinPro review and sign off on digital card email.

• Each client will have a client portal user(s). Users will not need access to order cards.

• Send eClinPro below IDs once program setup is complete

  • cpId/rowId

  • fundingId

  • custId

  • subprogramId

  • packageId

Invoices:

• Input client into Zoho, invoices go to Reinier Tula Medros reinier@eclinpro.com
