International Rescue Committee - Add Digital Program

You may receive an occasional email from International Rescue Committee or Gregory (AM) asking you to add a digital program to one of their existing programs. This is super simple, and I’ve outlined the steps below.

1. Find the location in the portal. All International Rescue Committee locations start with “ IRC – “

2. Copy the client ID for the location

3. Click Actions in the top right corner and select Copy Program from Top Level

   1. Top Level Customer: International Rescue Committee

   2. Customer Program: Corporate Reward – Non Reloadable – Mastercard – Corp Reward NR 12 Month DD

   3. Select the virtual account that matches the location name

   4. Paste the Client ID for the location

   5. Click Copy Program

That is all you should have to do. The email template and settings will automatically be copied over. We covered digital cards in our group trainings so I wouldn’t expect they have many questions. They requested a digital program after we did the original onboarding and so we are just adding to locations that specifically request it (rather then all 33).
