Each new study will get it’s own Client ID and VFA. - Funding is at the CVS Health Level and CVS moves money to the subvaults for each study to be able to recon.

1. Naming convention: CVS - Study Name

2. Digital First Set up.

3. Email and SMS set up. (note you can copy what is done for CVS - Pfizer) with these elements needing to be changed and provided by CVS: •Sponsor Name, Study URL, Call Center Number to insert in the email template. CVS Health Logo is what will be used for all Studies.

   1. Custom Display Name: Support

   2. Subject Line : Thank you for your participation! Digital Card Redemption from CVS Life Sciences Solutions and Pfizer.

   3. SMS: Hello {CARDHOLDERS_FIRST_NAME} Your reward for study participation is available here:{TINY_URL}

4. Pricing Plan Selection: Type in CVS Health Sciences ($2.50 Card/$1.00 per load)

5. API IDs need to be sent to Castor Contacts once the new study is set up, and CC’d CVS Contacts. The contacts are:
